We stayed in a family suite with 2 double beds for family of 5 the couch pulled out to a bed but was really uncomfortable but we asked the reception and they brought a pull out bed into the room for us which was really helpful. The view from our room was amazing and managed to see the golden gate through the fog. Location is fantastic for the Trollies and the local trams. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the pool at the sister hotel which is located across the road and towels were provided at the pool. I would defiantly recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself had so many bells and whistles.The hotel offered a ton of amenities including restaurants.Tons of food offerings nearby as well. The gym was larger than my company's gym and was super impressive. The staff was sensational. They recommended great bakeries, and breakfast spots.

I like the location. I did not like that. The swimming pool was all the way around the corner at another facility and I didn't like how it was an additional $40 per person to eat breakfast. It should have been included. I did like the $35 Day credit that was cool. At least it was to cover coffee and juice

The room I have is spacious and staff there are friendly. The hotel is new and very near to hop on hop off bus stop. Walking distance to Union Square as well. The most important, provide service to keep the luggage which I saw many of San Francisco Hotel doesn't provide this service.
